Nigerian Scam on IM...

kareemseun: My James Emmanuel a branch manager in my bank. I have urgent and very confidential business proposition for you. On JAN. 1990, an American oil consultant/contractor with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Mr. smith Shaw made a numbered time (Fixed) deposited for twelve calendar months, valued at US$15,000,000.00 (fifteen Million Dollars) in my branch.
fifteenkey: Are you f%@!ing kiddin me? Wow!
kareemseun: not all all
kareemseun: where are u from and what do u do
fifteenkey: Mass and own my own business
kareemseun: would u like to know more
fifteenkey: Of course!
kareemseun: Upon maturity, I sent a routine notification to his forwarding address but got no reply. After a month, we sent a reminder and finally we discovered from his contract employers, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation that Mr. smith Shaw died from an automobile accident
fifteenkey: Tragic…
kareemseun: yes
fifteenkey: Did you know him? (Note this question goes unanswered)
kareemseun: On further investigation, I found out that he did not leave a WILL and all attempts to trace his next of kin were fruitless. I therefore made further investigation and discovered that Mr. smith Shaw did not declare any next of kin in all his official documents, including his Bank Deposit paperwork
fifteenkey: Hmmm. Interesting.
kareemseun: he deposited the money in my branch
fifteenkey: What!?
fifteenkey: So does the money go to charity or something?

kareemseun: no
kareemseun: This sum of US$15,000,000.00 is still sitting in the Bank and the interest is being rolled over with the principal sum at the end of each year. No one will come forward to claim it.
fifteenkey: Quite the dilemna...
kareemseun: yes it is
fifteenkey: So what happens to the money?
kareemseun: According to the Nigerian Law, at the expiration of 15 (fifteen) years, the money will revert to the ownership of the Nigerian Government if nobody applies to claim the funds.
fifteenkey: Oh, well that's cool. I sure they could use it.
kareemseun: not at all
fifteenkey: Huh?
kareemseun: Consequently, my proposal is that I will like you as a foreigner to stand in as the next of kin to Mr. smith Shaw so that the fruits of this old man's labor will not get into the hands of some corrupt officials.
fifteenkey: Wow! Really?
fifteenkey: Do I get to keep any of the cash?

kareemseun: yes we will be on percentage
kareemseun: but what i want from u is trust okay
fifteenkey: Of course.
kareemseun: cos the money will be transfered to you over there
fifteenkey: How?
kareemseun: since u are to be the next of kin and i will not like you to run away with the money..when it is transfered to you
fifteenkey: I'm not going anywhere.
kareemseun: and i hope u have a bank account where it can be trabsfered too
fifteenkey: I have several.
kareemseun: okay
kareemseun: thats good cos the money will be transfered to you
kareemseun: can u call me now ..cos i need to know if u are really serious about thsi?
fifteenkey: Can't I just give you info this way?
kareemseun: u can but u have to contact the attorney first...so that he will be aware that the next of kin is around
kareemseun: so can u call me now?
fifteenkey: Sure.
kareemseun: 234-8032397395 i am waiting for ur call
fifteenkey: Oh... my phone doesn't dial international.
